MAINE, Oct. 28 – Yasin (Earl) Thomas Odom, 62, of Camden, Maine, passed away in Farmville on Monday, October 18, 2010.

He was born in Farmville to the late Rosa Margaret Odom and R.D. Odom.

He is survived by his wife, Francey Stash; sister, Rita Odom Moseley; aunt, Emily Love; children, Emir Yasin Odom of Cleveland, OH, daughters, Latifa Odom Sage of Ann Arbor, MI, Emir Taqquee Odom of Charlotte, NC, Shafi Hamidullah Odom and Khidhr Abdullah Odom of Camden, ME; grandson, Rehan Odom of Cleveland, OH; niece, Gladys JoAnn Moseley-Chambers; nephew, Frank Junious Moseley II; great-niece, Bryonna Orniece Chambers of Durham, NC; a close cousin, Victor Foster of Farmville, and many other cousins and friends, and a recently discovered family, sister, Anne Odom; brothers, Ellis Odom, Curtis Odom, and Muhammad Odom of Pensacola, FL.

The funeral service was held Saturday, October 23, by Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment with interment in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
