In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $72,508.820 from WILSON HARRIS LEWIS and CANDI ANN LEWIS, dated October 5, 2000, recorded among the Land Records of the Circuit Court of the County of Cumberland, Virginia in Deed Book 244, page 228, as Instrument Number 1353, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustees, will offer for sale at Public Auction in front of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, VA 23040, on October 19, 2010 at 12:00 p.m., the property with improvements, to wit: 10.000 acres, more or less, and being shown on a plat of survey dated April 20, 1998 by Woodrow K. Cofer, C.L.S., and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Cumberland County, Virginia in Deed Book 229, page 655 (Tax Map Parcel No. 017A-37B).

A bidder's deposit of 10% of the sale price will be required in cash, certified or cashier's check. Settlement required within thirty (30) days of sale; otherwise, Trustees may forfeit deposit. Additional terms may be announced at sale.
