In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $18,500.00, dated February 27, 2008, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Virginia, in Deed Book 386 page 467, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance of the Charlotte County Circuit Court, 125 David Bruce Ave., Charlotte Court House, Virginia, on November 20, 2010 at 10:00 o'clock am the property described in said deed located at the above address and briefly described as:

ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN LOTS, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in Town of Charlotte Court House, Virginia, containing 2.159 acres, and .5 acres, and known and designated as Parcel 038-A-A-9 and 038-A1-A-10, as shown on the map in the Commissioner of Revenue's Office for Charlotte County, Virginia. Said property can be seen on those two certain Plats recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Virginia in Plat Book 8 at Page 146, 147 and 148, and Plat Book 8 at Page 210. Said property is bounded by Charles & Lidia Williams, Virginia Secondary Highway Number 47, Millie A. Baskerville, Donald Canady, the Charlotte County School Board, the Charlotte County Board of Supervisors, Harrell and Gloria Spraggins, Claude, Jr. and Catherine Miller, Mark and Pamela Roberson and Virginia Adams.

BEING the same property conveyed to the above Grantors by Deed of B.T. Friend Company, a Virginia Corporation, bearing even date with this Deed of Trust and recorded simultaneously herewith.
