Fuqua School has a new activity bus due to the generous contributions made in memory of Jacqueline “Jackie” Fore Southall, a dedicated teacher and coach at Prince Edward Academy and Fuqua School. John Covington donated his creativity and painting talent, assisted by Ed Bourne from the Fuqua School transportation department. Barry Giffin, Transportation director, named this small bus Little Bird II which fits with the school's other activity buses, Big Bird and Little Bird. Susan Southall Grant, Mrs. Southall's daughter, was touched by Fuqua School's use of donations in memory of her mother.
