BUCKINGHAM, Oct. 28 – Harold Lee Marsh Sr., 65, of Buckingham, passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in Farmville. He was born in Bethesda, MD, on September 3, 1945, the son of the late Harold F. and Margaret Virginia Hunt Marsh.

He is survived by five children, Gordon Lee Marsh of Cumberland, Angela Lynn Covert of Amelia, Harold Lee Marsh Jr. of West Virginia, Todd Jeffrey Marsh of Maryland, and Michael Marsh of Arizona; sister, Janet Marie LeBlane of Maryland; brother, James Fillmore Marsh of Dillwyn; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home with interment in the Buckingham Community Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening (tonight) from 7 to 9 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Woodland in Farmville or to the Buckingham Rescue Squad.
