The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant pursuant to Section 20-91(9) of the Code of Virginia, 1050, as amended. It appearing from an affadavit that defendant, Marlena Deatrice Nichols, is not a resident of this state, and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the defendant is, without effect.

It is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this Court within ten (10) days after due publication of this notice and do what is necessary to protect her interest herein.
