KEYSVILLE, Jan. 20 – Thomas Bernard Driskill Sr., 84, of Keysville passed away Monday morning, January 19, 2009 in Richmond. He was born January 2, 1925 in Prince Edward County, the son of the late Robert L. and Helen Driskill. He was the husband of Elizabeth Driskill. Mr. Driskill was a retired farmer. He loved the out-doors and working on the land.

He is survived by his wife, his son, Tommy Driskill Jr. and wife, Cindy of Richmond; brother, William Driskill and wife, Dorothy also of Richmond; sisters, Mabel of Richmond and Margaret of Farmville; grand-children, Dawn and husband, Steve, Ashley and Nikki and a great-grandchild, Cameron. He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn and a brother, Robert.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 22, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Puckett Funeral Home with interment in Beulah United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Beulah United Methodist Church.
