Stephen S. Mack, II, 34

ILLINOIS, May 13 – Stephen Storr Mack, II, 34, of Chicago, formerly of Waukegan, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 in Chicago. He was born on February 9, 1974 in Lake Forest.

He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Waukegan, graduated from Warren Town-ship High School and Columbia College in Chicago. He was an aspiring screenplay writer and had previously worked as a film editor.

Mr. Mack is survived by his parents, Stephen and Glory Mack of Dillwyn; sister, Penelope King and husband, Matthew of New York City; niece, Alexa King; paternal grand-mother, Evfalia Mack of San Francisco; many caring aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grand-parents, Oscar and Marjorie Lewis, paternal grandfather, Brig. Gen. Stephen B. Mack, uncle, Mark Lewis and aunt, Sara Patterson.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 16, at 10 a.m. at Enon Baptist Church, Dillwyn.

Memorial contributions may be made to suicide prevention or Enon Baptist Church.
