DILLWYN, March 30 – Mary Frances O'Bryant Ragland, 73, of Dlllwyn, died Saturday, March 27, 2004 at a local nursing home.

Born December 21, 1930, she was the daughter of the late James Granderson Newton and Rosa O'Bryant Newton.

She was a retired bank teller, working 41 years for Bank of America.

She is survived by a sister, Dorothy Shumaker; a brother, Russell “Boo” O'Bryant and numerous nieces and nephews, two special ones, Shelby Taylor and Paul Garrett.

Funeral services were held 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Bethlehem Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

Dunkum Funeral Home, Dlllwyn, was in charge of arrangements.
