BLACKSTONE, July 13 -Kenneth Waverly Case, Jr., 40, of Blackstone, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004 in Farmvllle.

He was born November 14, 1963 in Prince Edward County, a son of the late Kenneth Case, Sr. and Brenda Case.

Mr. Case was a self employed construction and brick worker.

He is survived by his wife, Lee Ann Case; his children, Chad Case of Blackstone, Sierra Case of Cumberland, Joseph McCarn of Green Bay, Brandy and Randall Simmons both of Blackstone; his sister, Janet Mercier and her husband, Kevin of Crewe and his nephews, Jacob and Luke Mercier both of Crewe.

A funeral service was held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville, with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
