DELAWARE, June 22 – John Miller Spencer, Sr., of Millville, DE, formerly of Farmville, died Friday, June 18, 2004.

He was born in Beckley, WV, a son of the late John H. and Blanche G. Spencer.

Mr. Spencer was a property manager for many years and was World War II Army Air Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Mary W. “Nan” Spencer; two sons, John M. Spencer, Jr. of Reisterstown, MD and William C. Spencer of Baldwin, MD and three grandchildren.

Services and burial will be private.
