FLORIDA, Oct. 9 – Cora E. Carter, 89 of Port Charlotte, Florida, died Monday, September 29, 2008. She was born December 13, 1918 in Chester, Maine to Preston and Ida (Wyman) Tash.

She moved to Port Charlotte, Florida from Farmville in 2000.

Funeral Services will be at a later date in Virginia.
