Brenda Mae Case, 58 Of Rice Dies Tuesday

RICE, March 25 – Brenda Mae Moore Case, 58, of Rice, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004 In Farmvllle.
She was born November 28, 1945 in Prince Edward County, a daughter of Mazie Jane Crampton and the late Richard Haynie Moore, She was the widow of Kenneth Case.
Mrs. Case worked as a CNA at Crossroads. She was a member of the Women of the Moose in Blackstone and was past Regent and held College of Regent and Academy of Friendship degrees.
She is survived by her mother, Mazie Jane Crampton and her husband, Buzzy of Penhook; her daughter, Janet Mercier and her husband, Kevin of Crewe; her son, Kenneth Case, Jr. and his wife. Lee Ann of Blackstone; her grandchildren, Jacob and Luke Mercier, Joseph Daniel McAnn, Jane Case and Chad Douglas Case and her stepchildren, Randall and Brandy Simmons.
A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville, with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends this evening (Thursday) from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
