WOODBRIDGE, Dec. 25 -Sylvia Dunnavant Allen, 86, of Woodbridge, died Monday, December 22, 2003 at Potomac Hospital.

Mrs. Allen was a teacher for the Fairfax County School System and was an Administrator for the Prince William County Schools. She was a member of the Prince William County Teacher Association and Phi Delta Kappa.

She is survived by her husband, Hunter M. Allen.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m, Sunday, December 28, at Mountcastle Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge where funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 29. Interment will follow in Manassas Cemetery.
