JUNE 8 – Sandra A. Aubin, 61, of Farmville passed away Monday evening, June 7, 2010 in Lynchburg. She was born July 14, 1948 in Fall River, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Marianno and Cecelia Borges Costa. She was the wife of Edward Lee Aubin Sr.

She is survived by her husband, her children, Edward L. Aubin Jr. (Denise) of Rice, Michael Aubin (Amy Jimenez) of Richmond and Jennifer Aubin Johns (Andrew Trombley) of Farmville; brothers, Richard Costa (Barbara) of Somerset, MA and Donald Costa (Phyllis) of Fall River, MA; sister, Patricia Martin (Vincent Sr.) of Fall River, MA; five grandchildren, David L. Aubin, Kyle E. Aubin, Jared Johns, Jordan Johns and Sebastian Michael Aubin and a great-grandson coming in July 2010.

A funeral service will be held Friday, June 11, at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa's Catholic Church with interment in Westview Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Thursday evening 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Pregnancy Support Center or to the American Kidney Foundation.
