Pennsylvania, April 22 – Marie W. Lukehart, 94, of Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, PA, formerly of Johnsonburg, PA and Farmville, died on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the Masonic Health Care Center.

Born in Tyrone, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harold E. Way and Edna Mae Steele. She was married to the late Raymond L. Lukehart who died in 1998.

In Johnsonburg, Marie was employed by the public library and Berman's Dress Shop. She retired from Sears in Farmville and after retirement provided volunteer companionship to residents at Holly Manor. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #376, Johnsonburg and the Johnsonburg United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Carol L., wife of Thomas Smith of Harrisburg; two sons, Allen R., husband of Sandra Lukehart of Roanoke and Raymond L. Jr., husband of Anna Lukehart of Appomattox; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jeannette Neugebauer.

Services and interment are private.
