JANUARY 1 – Lillian Emily Shaur, 94, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, died Wednesday, December 24,2003.

She was born February 28, 1909 in Rich Valley Township, McLeod County, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Konerza Makovsky.

Mr. and Mrs. Shaur farmed near Hutchinson, Minnesota and also later near Columbia. Mr. Shaur preceded his wife in death in 1992 and she then returned to Minnesota.

She is survived by nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held December 29 at Grace Bible Church in Silver Lake, MN. Interment will be Oakwood United Methodist Church Cemetery in Columbia at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 4.
