Hazel P. Wyatt, 88 Of Dillwyn Dies May 30

DILLWYN, June 1 – Hazel Peters Wyatt, 88, of Dillwyn, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2010. She was the widow of Walter T. (Buck) Wyatt, and was preceded in death by a brother, Carl E. Peters.
She was retired from Lever Brothers after 24 years of service and was a member of Enon Baptist Church.
She is survived by sisters, Pauline P. Word of Farmville and Ruby P. Ranson of Dillwyn; a brother, Paul B. Peters of Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Wyatt was a kind and loving person and will be missed by everyone that knew her.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday, June 3, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Dunkum Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 4 at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home, with interment at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.
Remembrance contributions may be made to Enon Baptist Church, the Dillwyn Volunteer Fire Department, or the Buckingham County Volunteer Recue Squad.
