Glenn Jamerson, 102 Dies Saturday At Age 102
BUCKINGHAM CO., Nov. 25 -Glenn Jamerson, 102, Buckingham County native, died Saturday, November 22, 2003.
He was born June 18, 1901 in Buckingham County, a son of the late Josiah and Dolly Childress Jamerson.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa P. Jamerson; his children, William D. Jamerson and wife, Beatrice, Pansy Profett and husband. Bob, Vivian Butler and husband. Bill; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a brother, James T. Jamerson of Washougal, WA; two sisters, Alma Denby of Florida and Dainty Jamerson of Dillwyn and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn, with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gold Mine Pentecostal Church Building Fund.
