RICE, Oct. 28 – Regenia S. Kennedy, 48, of Rice, died Monday, October 27, 2003 in Farmville.

She was bom April 5, 1955 in Orange County, Texas, a daughter of Leo Ziegler, Sr. of Covington and Elsie Issabelle Graham of Glenn Burnie, MD.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mark Kennedy; two sons, Russell Moxley and David Moxley; one daughter, Julie Moxley all of Wake Forest, NC; four brothers, Leo, Jr., David, Johnny and Bruce Ziegler and six grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Shorter Funeral Home, Farmville, with Interment in Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Amelia.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
