to: supervision of youth in the daily living program, implementation of the
behavior management program, provide crisis
intervention both physical & mental, enforce and maintain security procedures,
and must be able to interpret policies. Must be able to make independent and
sound judgments and work independently. Excellent oral & written communication
skills req. Provide other tasks and services as necessary for the program. MUST
BE available to work any shift, holidays & weekends. A degree in Human Services
or related field preferred, or any combination of education, training and at
least 1-
year exp. working in a residential
setting interacting with maladaptive youth. Must pass extensive background
