FARMVILLE — The Heart of Your Adventure (THOYA) is hosting an open house Sept. 21 from 10 a.m.-noon at the Heartland Regional Visitor Center located at 121 E. Third St. in Farmville.

“THOYA will be showcasing four 30-second commercials about your community;
marketing heritage, outdoor adventure, shopping and dining,” officials said in a release.

According to the release, THOYA is celebrating 10 years of promoting and marketing the community. The release cited in addition to the “Find It In Farmville” campaign, THOYA has also established a certified visitor center, created a tourism brochure, given training on hospitality and is responsible for the “LOVE” sign on Main Street.
