The Judith Randolph-Longwood Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution presented the bronze JROTC medal to Isaac Blanton at senior night at Cumberland High School. This medal is presented to an outstanding student in academics and military procedures. The student is selected by the principal and the ROTC instructor.
